Levente Sipos
A graphic artist, animation compositor, 2D & 3D animator, he was born in 1970 in Budapest. He earned a master’s degree in graphic arts at the Hungarian University of Fine Arts and has worked in the fields of applied arts, animation and visual communication, moreover for over 25 years. His works have been exhibited in various museums and galleries. Since 2013, he has been teaching animation and graphic design as senior lecturer at the Eszterházy Károly Catholic University, Media & Design Institute, in Eger. In 2020, he started to teach as an external lecturer at the Budapest Metropolitan University. He frequently participates as a juror and speaker on art and design topics at prestigious festivals. He also takes part in a various juries of and gives lectures on art and design topics at renowned festivals.
He worked on the animated feature Ruben Brandt, Collector from the script development stage in 2011 and was instrumental in the technical and creative process until the final cut as a technical director, compositor, and 3D animator. Most recently, he worked on animated features such a-ha: The movie (2021), Toldi, and White Plastic Sky (2023) as a technical and compositing supervisor.
