Ervin B. Nagy

Ervin B. Nagy is a freelancer animation artist who graduated from Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design in 2011. He has worked for Cartoon Network in London, ZDF in Mainz, as well as for Pannonia Film, Cinemon, Crocobee, Umatik Entertainment and Omega Kreatív in Budapest, and for Kecskemétfilm and Zsolt Richly’s Luther Studio. Between 2008 and 2009, he participated in the first Animation Sans Frontières international workshop, and in 2010, he was a presented his animated series project titled Patrick & Theo at the Cartoon Forum. Since 2014, he has been working on his own series, Fledglings – Animated Stories of Hungarian Champions, for which he received a scholarship from the Hungarian Academy of Arts from 2020 to 2023. Additionally, since 2017, he has been teaching concept art and character design for international animation students at Budapest Metropolitan University.
